My first car, and I decided to buy it from Zen's Auto, a Honda Civic. I don't have much experience with cars, and I was pretty confused when choosing which seller or car to go with. Luckily, I heard about Zein and his shop from my friend, so I took a chance and went to see them. They helped me a lot, providing full information and the car's history, assisted me with the test drive, and were honest with the questions I asked. The warranty is one year, which is a big plus for me, especially since many places only offer 2-3 months. They always have a respectful and friendly attitude toward me during the transaction, taking care of all procedures and documents thoughtfully. I've had this car for about a month, and I am still happy with it so far. Sometimes I go back to their shop to ask questions I don't understand, and they still enthusiastically help me. I'm kinda impressed with them and would like to leave a good recommendation for Zen's Auto for those who are wondering 😊

Honesty, transparency, and fair dealing. That's how I would summarize my recent purchase of a Mazda 3 from Zen's Auto. Everything about the experience was fantastic. Both Ali and his dad went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Some extra body work and detailing to be done? Not a problem, they made sure it was taken care of before I picked it up. If I wanted to get the car safety done at a mechanic of my choice in the city? Again, not a problem, they got it done. They even took the time to go in-depth about the car's history and were up-font that it was repaired from a previous accident. And on top of all this amazing service, they gave me a great price on the car. If this isn't enough to convince you, well even a month and half out from purchasing the car, when I was told that the car would need some brake work, I called Zen's and they were more than happy to come to a very fair arrangement to get it done. Do yourself a favour, if you're looking for a car, go talk to Zein and Ali at Zen's Auto, you'll be happy you did, because they will do everything they can to ensure you are.
